Street Atlas usA is a ground-breaking product, providing for the first time detailed street maps of the entire United States on one CD-ROM, with every street in the country included along with lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, and even major institutions. The system software used is general enough that it could allow exploration of maps at any level (including global), and it facilitates searches by street name, phone exchange, zip code, and place name. Annotating maps occurs through easy export of data to graphics or word-processing programs.
